- Optional built-in CSU.
- Diagnostic loopback support for E1/T1 interfaces includes loopback towards the local or remote DTE.
- Several clock modes cover all timing possibilities for the E1/T1 interfaces. These include internal clock and loopback timing, for either the E1 or T1 interface.
- Setup, control and diagnostics can be performed via the front panel or via an ASCII terminal.
