"No Questions Asked" 30-Day Return Policy

Note: This Return Policy does not apply to Airmux, special part numbers or NON RAD manufactured products. For NON RAD labeled products, please contact RADirect at 1-866-299-0989 for return policy details prior to purchasing.

When contacting RADirect to arrange for a return, you must have the original Purchase Order, serial number, reason for return, and all other paperwork handy.

  • For returns that do not involve technical problems, please contact RAD's Customer Service Department at returnsusa@rad.com or 1-800-444-7234 (option #2) to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • For returns due to technical problems, you must first contact RAD's Technical Assistance Center (TAC) at 1-800-444-7234 (option #3).
  • Once the RMA number has been issued, you must return the equipment to RADirect's Mahwah, NJ facility within two weeks (10 business days). A restocking fee of 25% of list price will be applied for returns not received within this time frame.
  • Please return the equipment, along with all accessories and documents, in the original packaging. There will be a charge (list prices) for any missing accessories or physical/electrical damage.
  • The RMA number should be prominently displayed on all labels/cartons used to return merchandise. Do not write on original equipment packaging. Please use removable labels.
  • The customer is responsible for shipping costs on returned units, unless the unit was DOA.

The warranty and this policy are void if upon RADirect's examination of the product, it is determined by RADirect that there was misuse, neglect, alteration, improper installation, unauthorized repair, modification, or improper testing by the user.
