The shipment time for an order is determined by the availability of the line items in the order. If all items are in-stock, we will ship it within one business day, providing the order was placed by 3PM EST. However, if one or more items are shown to be out-of-stock, shipment of the order will be delayed until all items reach our warehouse (typically under two weeks).
If your order contains both in-stock and out-of-stock items, you may want to separate it into two orders: one that consists of in-stock items, and one that consists of out-of-stock items. This way you will receive the in-stock items immediately.
Inventory or shipment delays may occasionally occur as a result of factors such as unexpected low inventory or component shortages. We will notify you promptly if we expect a delay in your order, and you will have the option of canceling.
